a little about me
I am a giver, a lover, an ally, a fierce advocate, and I believe in the greater good (hashtag aquarian).
I am a bedsharing, babywearing, breastfeeding mama of three – a beautiful daughter Edith (6), and twin sons Arlo & Odin (2). And yep, my hands and heart are bursting…all of the time! I believe in gentle and respectful interactions with my children and I love them fiercely. I want to see them grow up into kind humans who are brave, confident and know how to have fun, the value of human connection, and how to live fearlessly.
I am wife to Craig, who can often be seen sporting a moustache which is a conversation starter. Before kids, we used to go out for long lazy brunches ALL of the time, and eat dinner past 9pm. We often wonder what we did with all of the spare time we had before we had kids…seriously, what did we do with all of those spare hours? Imagine what we could have achieved?!
I spent my formative years in Inverloch and Wonthaggi, then moved away to explore life outside of the Bass Coast. We made the move back to the area 6 years ago, settling on Phillip Island and building a beautiful community around us.
In my previous life I have worked for medical doctors, government agencies, a theatrical rights agency, and I even have a first class honours degree in Cinema Studies (wanna chat obscure films?). I also loved to play the guitar and ukulele, but currently don’t enjoy it as all of my kids want to “help”.
After the birth of Edith, I felt called to birth work, at which time I became a Hypnobirthing Australia Practitioner, and then Birth Doula. I went on to have a mindblowingly amazing breech/breech birth of my twins, and now I can’t imagine doing any other kind of work ever again. Doula-ing is my jam.

A percentage of profits will be donated to either Birth For Humankind or the Australian Wildlife Conservancy (depending on which event/service you book – just ask me if you’d like the finer details).
