We spend so much time, as mothers, taking care of everybody else. And we LOVE doing that, but sometimes we forget to (or don’t) make time for ourselves.
Meditation is a great way to create space and time for yourself, while also giving you tools and strategies for reducing stress and anxiety, settling a busy or overwhelmed mind, and finding a sense of peace and balance.

Relaxation and Meditation for Pregnancy classes begin Sunday 11th August 3pm
Meditation for Pregnancy classes are designed for women in all stages of pregnancy. Suitable for those with or without prior meditation experience, classes aim to provide you with practical skills to calm the mind, and relax the body. By providing you with techniques that you can incorporate into your day-to-day life, you may find that you are more able to focus on the excitement and joy of what awaits!
Classes involve both meditation/mindfulness practices, and movement to keep both your mind and body feeling relaxed in the lead up to birth.

I just had a really great birthing experience after taking Elyse’s pregnancy meditation classes. It was my third child and the difference between the births was amazing! I can honestly say that I loved my labor this time, while my other two were very traumatic. I could not recommend Elyse more!!
